Thank you for shopping at K36 Apparel. This document governs all returns, exchanges and cancelations of K36 Apparel (“k36apparel.com”) (as defined below). If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to carefully review our Return and Refund Policy. K36 Apparel reserves the right to modify this Return and Refund Policy in whole or in part at any time at its sole direction.

- “Customer” means end user customers that purchase directly from distributors or wholesalers.

- “Orders” refers to your requests to purchase a Product from us.
- “Website” refers to K36 Apparel, accessible at K36apparel.com.
- “You” refers to the individual using our Service, or the company or legal entity on whose behalf such an individual is using the Service, as applicable.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product you purchased is defective or our error. If you receive a defective product, please follow the return & refund process below to proceed with your claim.

Return & Refund Process
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please inspect your order upon receiving your item(s) and contact us immediately if the item(s) are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your purchase is eligible for a return or exchange, please make sure that you follow the steps below to start the return process.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Ship it back
The following does not apply to the sale of digital products. If you purchased a digital product or service, digital product or services are non refundable.
Please ship the item(s) back to Us. You are responsible for the cost and risk associated with shipping the returned item(s) so make sure you use a reliable shipping company. Ship the item you wish to return to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in transit, so please make sure you ask the shipping company for the proper tracking information when shipping your items. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. -
Inspection & Refund
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price to the payment method used for the purchase. If you requested an exchange, we’ll ship the replacement item to your address within 24-48 hours of processing your return.

Cancelation/Refund Policy
We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging if applicable.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase which would be your order number.
- Regular priced items will be refunded at their original price, sale items will be refunded at sale cost not full price.
- If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with your order number at contact@k36apparel.com and send your item to: 4 River Bank Drive Roebling, NJ 08554.
Partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-7 days depending on your bank.
Late or missing refunds
- If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item.

Cancellation
- Pre-shipment Cancellations
You may cancel an order for a full refund anytime before the order has been processed for shipping. Once your order has been marked as “shipped” or “in transit,” it cannot be canceled.

Refunds for pre-shipment cancellations: If your order is successfully canceled before shipping, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method with in 3-10 business days depending on your banking institution.
Post-shipment cancellations (returns)
Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. In this case, you will need to follow our standard return policy to receive a refund or exchange.
Some orders may not be eligible for cancellation or returns.
Final Sale items: Items marked as “final sale,” “clearance,” or “non-refundable” cannot be canceled or returned. This may include discounted items or limited-edition products.
Custom or personalized items: Any clothing that has been customized or personalized specifically fro you is not eligible for cancellation, return or exchange once the order has been started.
Hygiene and safety: For hygiene reasons, certain items like swimwear, socks and intimate apparel at not eligible for cancellation or return.
